tracks permanently archived in multiple formats at archive.org
my ears detect a reverse proportionality in length to greatness here.
i also very much enjoyed the more or less recent "goku" tracks, some of which escaped me for a while with archive.org apparently reluctant to let me download right away at times.
TO BE will sit tight on my playlist while i work away on a catastrophic book (content-wise, maybe otherwise, too), and vaguely think when will i get to finish the beginning of some potentially mighty important other something you know of ... but i'm slowly raising out of a fog, i like to believe ...
There has to be some sweet spot between magnum opus and thirty-second advert. I raided GOKU for some of this. I hope it doesn't mind... Archive.org is often really slow for me here at home but FLIES on my connection at work.
I am looking forward very much to seeing any pages you come up with. Best birthday surprise ever!
so it really is your birthday?! - my congratulations!
and about "the p.", i absolutely want to send that guy to war, anything else i'd have to consider an embarassing failure, which would be worse than the present embarassing "delay".
but talk about pages: i'm impressed with what i saw of "the abandonment of cruelty" so far ... hope to hold that one in my hands with a neat binding sometime. if "graphic novels" don't stay "hot" until then, you'll give them a comeback.
Thaks yo right now it looks as if TAoC (that reads awkwardly, doesn't it?) will probably bypass the direct market and be available via Amazon. I am desperately trying to finish it by the end of the year.
you're self-publishing "TAO C" (or "TAbOCrue"?)? if yes, i guess to avoid as much of the financial and work-wise drag of distribution is a good move; amazon should do. with my self-published stuff, distribution was, unsurprisingly, the part where the nice dynamic flow of self-controlled things suddenly slowed down so you could hardly tell if it was going forwards or backwards ...
I don't have the cash to take the kind of risk necessary just to sell five copies through Diamond. I still have eight boxes full of a comic that, due to circumstances of timing, never got listed in the fricking catalog.
